Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation or rescheduling of your moving services. To ensure a transparent and fair process, our cancellation policy is outlined below:

1. Cancellation Period:

   - Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date will incur no cancellation fee.

   - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the total deposit and 100% of any upfront expenses incurred due to the booking (storage deposits, flights booked on long distance moves, etc.)

2. Rescheduling:

   - Clients are welcome to reschedule their move without incurring any additional charges if done 24hrs before the originally scheduled date.

3. Refund Policy:

   - In the event of a cancellation, any deposits made will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation period outlined above.

   - Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

   - Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in cases of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, or natural disasters.

   - It is essential to inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests as soon as possible. Timely communication allows us to adjust our schedule and assist other clients effectively.
